The Department of Justice (DOJ) has dismissed the rape complaint filed by model Deniece Cornejo against actor Vhong Navarro.
The DOJ, in a 42-page resolution dated April 4, 2014, said it was very difficult to comprehend how Navarro could have raped Cornejo, noting that there was not even a single scratch on the model.
The DOJ added it was baffling that Cornejo did not agree to be brought to a hospital, which is part of the standard operating procedures every time a rape complaint is filed.
