A 46 year- old woman has been sentenced to 10 years in jail by a Nakuru court after she pleaded guilty to incest charges.
The mother of three children aged 24, 22 and five admitted to have been having sex with her five-year-old son.
The court was told that the accused, who is also a grandmother, on diverse dates between January and October last year committed incest with the nursery school child.
She fondled with his p*n!s and inserted it in her v@g!n2 to attain sexual satisfaction.
The prosecutor told the court that the woman was not married and used her younger son as her s*x toy. She had s*x with him for a period of 10 months.
The minor reached a point where he could not withstand the pain and through the assistance of a neighbour, informed the police of how his mother abused him. The court heard that the boy had severe pain in his groin and could not urinate.
The neighbour took him to hospital for examination and was later issued with a P3 form leading to the arrest of the mother. The accused said that she had no man to settle her urges and got tempted to do it with her younger son.
She promised never to repeat the mistake again but the magistrate dismissed her pleas and slapped her with a 10 year jail term.
