Renson Ouma, the Alliance Boys School Kenya Certificate of Secondary School (KCSE) candidate whose poor plight Pulse highlighted after Kioo singer Jaguar extended financial help to is now living his dream. After Jaguar cleared the boy’s fees arrears to enable him sit for the KCSE exams, Renson managed an A-, and is now looking forward to living his dream of becoming an engineer. “If Jaguar didn’t come through for me, I would be a different person right now. I had given up until he showed up and cleared my school fees and above that cheering me on to have faith as I sat for the exams,” a jubilant Renson told Pulse after receiving the results.
“I was aiming at getting a straight A, and I would have if only I didn’t get Bs in English and Kiwahili. May God bless Jaguar and Pulse for coming through.” “I want to go on with my education and achieve a First Class degree in Engineering. I am sure that can be achieved,” he added.
