The talented singer was discovered by Mwaura while living on the streets of Kisumu and he aired his story on Citizen TV which propelled him into the limelight. After Dogo thrust into fame, Mwaura housed him at his South B residence but he had other intentions.
The Moyo Wangu hit maker also claims that the renowned journalist has been creating bad blood between him and Grand-pa records, the record label that was first to sign him.
“He told me that Grandpa has been exploiting me, so I ended up parting ways with the label. Job then kicked me out of his house unceremenoniously soon after he married.” He added.
However, Mwaura rubbished all allegations level against and said,
“I can’t believe it. I helped that boy from scratch; I gave him accommodation in my house, and paid the full amount of Sh80,000 to Grandpa records to record an audio and shoot a video. No one else gave me even a cent to do this,”
